Gail Marlin Joins The Palisades as Broker-in-Charge

Gail Marlin has been hired as Broker in Charge at Palisades Realty, the sales arm for the custom home builders at The Palisades in south Charlotte, and the central sales information office for all of the builders in the community. Marlin, who is recognized as one of the region's leading new residential property sales and marketing managers, brings a wealth of experience to her new position, plus the respect of the industry. "Gail Marlin is remarkably talented," said Jim Medall, President of Rhein Medall Communities, the developer of The Palisades.

"We are very pleased to announce that she has joined our team and I have great faith that she will do a fantastic job. Her knowledge of the industry, and the respect the industry has for her, make her a perfect fit for The Palisades." Marlin has a history of successful results with every organization with which she has worked. When she first began work in real estate as a broker for Century 21, she quickly emerged as the firm's top sales producer in North and South Carolina. Later, as a Vice President at Allen Tate Builder Services Division, she developed a reputation for managing the sales and marketing teams of several of the region's most successful new residential communities.

At Allen Tate, Marlin was responsible for the management of the company's largest builder accounts and neighborhoods. At The Palisades, she will be responsible for managing the sales team, builder relations, and will play an instrumental role in the marketing of this award-winning, nationally recognized community. Palisades Realty (704 583-1111) represents many of the builders at The Palisades and can provide additional information on homes available in the new neighborhoods.
