Another standard feature our buyers appreciate is our sound attenuation package which includes additional sound attenuation between floors. This is accomplished by using thicker carpet (40 oz.), full half-inch pad as standard and twice the thickness of concrete as required by the building code for the floors. We also install a 3 1/2 inch sound attenuation material between all common walls between units.

In order to keep the HOA fees in check, all materials on the exterior of the building have a long life to include the rock (50 year warranty), siding (25 year warranty), shingles (30 year life). All decks are green, tongue and groove, screwed down, and maintenance free. All of our steel railings and stairs on the exterior are powder coated which is a process that bonds the paint to metal and should last 3+ times longer than field painted steel.

Directions:
I-25 to Arapahoe, go east 3-1/2 miles to Potomac (lighted intersection). Turn right on Potomac (south) and go to the second street which is Fremont, turn left and go one block to Blackhawk (project is at southeast corner of this intersection). Turn right on Blackhawk to first entrance on left. If accessing from Parker Road, proceed to Arapahoe Road and exit west to Potomac and follow above instructions.
