New and resale home markets have generally been in a correction of over-building and improper financing for the last eighteen months. But three regional leaders are stepping-up and preparing for aggressive growth. Planning for that growth,Gale recently announced two new collaborations that will provide greater value and ease for all Gale Communities' customers.

The first announcement stated that Rob Ellerman had accepted the position of Sales and Marketing VP for the Gale Communities' of Winterset Park ($320's-$1.5M), New Longview ($220's-$800's) and ArborWalk ($120's-$210's).
