ABD Development recently started design work for a second phase at Providence located off U.S. 17-92 and C.R. 54 in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County. David Kohn, president of ABD Development, said the new phase will accommodate more than 3,000 new single family homes and town homes. Kohn said MSCW, the collaborative professional services team based in Orlando, is providing design services for the new phase. Home sites in the new phase will be priced from $60,000 to $150,000. Kohn said he hopes to start construction in the second phase before the end of the year.
