M/I Homes has opened the Madison model home at Windy Ridge, located off SR 452 and Apiary Rd. in Lake County. Steve Wood, vice president of sales and marketing for M/I Homes in the Orlando region, said the Madison model home includes three bedrooms and two baths in 2,206 square feet of living space with a lanai and two-car garage. Amenities planned include a pool, cabana and community park, Wood said. Eight single family home designs are available at Windy Ridge, priced from the low to high $200s. Two story models feature den/bonus and media rooms.
