Members of the Volusia Home Builders Association (VHBA) will showcase the latest homebuilding trends during the Volusia Home Builders Official Parade of Homes from Saturday, March 29th through Sunday, April 6th. The Parade will highlight more than 55 new homes and communities throughout Volusia and will be open to public tours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon-Sat and noon to 6:00pm on Sun. The annual event will feature condominiums, single-family homes, townhomes, villas, and communities.

"The Parade of Homes is our biggest event of the year," said Stan Janzen, VHBA president. "It's our chance to showcase the work of our association's members and help potential home buyers visualize what's available in the marketplace."

This year's featured Parade Showcase home, "The Emerald", built by ICI Homes, is located in Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach. The Emerald model home features ICI Homes EFACTOR energy efficient design, engineering, construction, equipment, and appliances that increase the safety and security of the home while substaintially lowering energy bills. EFACTOR homes can reduce energy bills by as much as 40%.
